Job summary

ESR Group seeks a driven Analyst with 1.5–3 years in real estate investments to evaluate opportunities and build robust financial models. You will prepare investment papers and support senior management with ad-hoc analyses, market research, and due diligence coordination across geographies and asset classes.

You will collaborate with strategy and investment teams, engaging brokers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and drive portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years’ experience in real estate investment, real estate funds management, private equity, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic record.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess potential real estate investments across asset classes and geographies, including equity and debt structures.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyze deal economics, scenarios, and return metrics.
• Draft investment memos and presentations for committees and senior leadership with clear rationale and risk notes.
• Conduct macro and micro market research, benchmarking, and due diligence for underwriting assumptions.
• Coordinate due diligence with brokers, partners, legal counsel, and other advisors to enable deal execution.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to senior management, including portfolio reviews and hold/sell analyses.
• Review investment opportunities proposed by the business and collaborate on potential M&A opportunities.
