Job summary

ESR Group is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Data Centre team. The role focuses on evaluating data centre investment opportunities, building advanced financial models, and preparing high-quality investment papers for ESR's senior management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of investment experience in data centres or real estate investments.
• Ability to develop and present investment papers and memos.
• Experience coordinating due diligence and working with external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate data centre investment opportunities across geographies.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for deal economics and returns.
• Draft investment memos and presentations for investment committees and leadership.
• Conduct macro- and micro-market research to inform underwriting assumptions.
• Coordinate due diligence with brokers, legal counsel, and external partners.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support including portfolio reviews and hold/sell analyses.
