OCBC Group is seeking a Senior Full-stack Lead Developer to architect and deliver scalable fintech software across microservices. You will lead end-to-end development from concept through deployment, shaping products for payment platforms and multi-region deployments.

The role demands deep knowledge of Java21, Spring Boot, and modern Spring ecosystem components, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with microservices, event streaming, and multi-region systems.
• Deep knowledge of payments systems and ISO 20022 trends.
• Experience building platforms in Microservices.
• Proficiency in Java21 and Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
