Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Senior Full-stack Lead developer to drive scalable fintech platforms. You will own architecture, lead end-to-end delivery, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on payment processing, data modelling, and multi-region deployments using microservices, Kafka, Redis, and IBM MQ. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science.
• 10+ years in an engineering lead role with hands-on development.
• Strong experience in microservices, event streaming, and multi-region architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and architecture reviews for scalable fintech products.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from ideation to production release.
• Mentor teams and manage delivery across multiple regions.
