Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Senior .NET Application Engineer to join the FinIQ squad. You will validate vendor deliveries, manage releases, deploy across environments, and coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams. Strong microservices, OpenShift, and database skills are essential.

The role expects 10–12 years in software development, experience with enterprise apps, and familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and messaging systems. Prior exposure to financial markets is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 10–12 years of software development experience.
• Strong enterprise app development and production support experience.
• Experience with vendor‑managed or third‑party products preferred.
• End‑to‑end microservices/microfrontend deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Validate and assess software deliveries from FinIQ vendor.
• Review releases, DB scripts, configuration changes, and deployment needs.
• Support source code management and release branching.
• Coordinate deployments across dev, SIT, UAT, and prod environments.
• Deploy and troubleshoot microservices/frontend apps; support IIS apps.
• Review DB changes before deployment; participate in architecture discussions.
• Lead defect triage, RCA, and release readiness; collaborate with multiple teams.
