RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking a customer service attendant to manage the service counter, assist shoppers and the public, and provide prompt, professional help during retail hours.

You will handle inquiries, feedback, complaints, calls, paging, and in-house announcements, and conduct mall rounds to spot maintenance issues and support marketing communications. Training will cover digital services and loyalty programmes.

Qualifications

• GCE O' Levels and above.
• Preferably with 1 or 2 years’ working experience in similar capacity.
• A team player and presentable.

Responsabilités

• Manage the customer service counter and provide professional, timely assistance to shoppers and members of the public.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, incoming/outgoing calls, paging, and in-house announcements.
• Conduct mall rounds across common and retail areas to identify maintenance issues and inspect marketing communication facilities.
• Manage lost-and-found items and perform general administrative duties as required.
• Support mall promotions, events, loyalty programme redemptions, and other customer engagement activities.
• Promote and educate customers and retailers on digital services, e-vouchers, gift-with-purchase initiatives, and loyalty programmes.
