Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior QE Product Engineer for Global Quality FE Central in Singapore.

You will drive quality strategy for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) products, collaborate with FE fab teams and Central PIE to meet milestones, and apply AI-driven methods to improve quality and reliability across the FE MFG network. You will work on establishing BKMs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and deploying AI-enabled improvements to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and DPM

Qualifications

• Good presentation and ability to lead large group discussions.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• Data extraction, analysis and reporting skills a plus.
• Expert in frontend manufacturing process, frontend/backend test flows, product fail modes a plus.
• Knowledge in DRAM product a plus.
• Proficient in English for communication in a verbal and written form.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, data analytics platforms, or automation solutions to improve engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate quality strategy with line of sight metrics and goals to monitor execution health.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives or enabling projects that support FE MFG leadership and companywide quality objectives.
• Establish quality related programs and initiatives to support critical network expansion (e.g. Singapore HBM expansion, Boise ID1 new tech node setup).
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven methodologies to enhance engineering effectiveness, accelerate learning cycles, and improve quality decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements that enhance product quality and reliability.
