Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor product quality assurance or related areas.
• Knowledge of DRAM products is a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools and data analytics to improve engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate a quality strategy with line‑of‑sight metrics and goals to monitor execution health.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives or enabling projects that support FE manufacturing leadership and company‑wide quality objectives.
• Establish quality‑related programs and initiatives to support critical network expansion (e.g., Singapore HBM expansion).
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven methodologies to enhance engineering effectiveness, accelerate learning cycles, and improve quality decision‑making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements that enhance product quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
