You will collaborate with PE/GQ QRA/FE fab teams and Central PIE to establish BKMs, run line-of-sight metrics, and deploy AI-driven improvements to achieve DPM reductions and product reliability milestones.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor quality or product engineering.
• Experience with data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of DRAM product line is a plus.
• English proficiency required.

• Develop, manage, and communicate quality strategy with line-of-sight metrics to monitor execution health.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support FE MFG quality objectives and DPM reduction.
• Establish quality programs to support network expansion (e.g., Singapore HBM expansion).
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance engineering effectiveness and learning cycles.
• Collaborate with fab teams and Central PIE to ensure fast DPM reductions during tech node ramping.
