Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of a Sales Support team (6-7 staff).
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and gather market insights.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and Finance to meet client needs.
• Foster partnerships with international agents.
• Collaborate with senior management on business development and growth opportunities.
• Suggest process improvements and support execution of improvement initiatives.
