You will guide perfumers, translate market insights into winning fragrance concepts, and drive projects from concept to commercialization while ensuring regulatory and cost considerations are met.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent Olfactive communication skills which support the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.
• Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
• Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute fragrance strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business profitability.
• Lead the creative fragrance development process by providing olfactive direction, guiding perfumers, and identifying winning fragrance solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, meeting deadlines, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Apply market, consumer, and brand insights to support fragrance development, identify trends, and uncover future business opportunities.
• Promote innovation and commercialization by leveraging new technologies, consumer preferences, and holistic scent design strategies to deliver competitive fragrance solutions.
