Job summary

Givaudan Singapore Pte Ltd invites a Creative Fragrance Developer in Singapore to support Fabric Care across Southeast Asia. The role encompasses guiding perfumers, shaping fragrance strategies, and delivering winning solutions for customer briefs and proactive initiatives.

You will report to the Creative Fragrance Director and collaborate with Account Managers, Marketing, Technology and Lab teams to drive fragrance development and coordinate regional projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of fragrance evaluation experience.
Strong olfactory expertise with fragrance development knowledge.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience managing complex projects across global or regional accounts.

Responsibilities

Define and execute fragrance development strategies and processes.
Lead olfactive vision and fragrance strategy for assigned customers.
Manage multiple briefs and select fragrances aligned with goals.
Translate consumer insights into actionable fragrance directions.
Coordinate with Technology and Lab teams for testing and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with regional centers to deliver global projects.
Support cross-regional project teams and align with business objectives.
