Qualifications

Proven experience in Creative Fragrance, Evaluation, or Senior CFM roles.
Strong, well-trained nose with confident olfactive judgement.
Ability to articulate creative fragrance direction clearly and persuasively.
Deep understanding of fragrance structures, trends, and market context.
Comfortable influencing Perfumers and stakeholders at a senior level.
Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts.
Experience across multiple fragrance categories is expected.
Exposure to Fabric Care or Home Care is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Lead and shape creative fragrance direction across multiple projects.
Partner closely with Perfumers during fragrance ideation and development.
Translate client briefs, trends, and insights into creative fragrance strategies.
Evaluate fragrances from a creative, olfactive, and strategic perspective.
Guide creative alignment across internal teams (Perfumery, Evaluation, CFM).
Support presentations and storytelling around fragrance concepts.
Ensure creative consistency, differentiation, and relevance across categories.
