• Ability to articulate creative fragrance direction clearly and persuasively.
• Deep understanding of fragrance structures, trends, and market context.
• Comfortable influencing Perfumers and stakeholders at a senior level.
• Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts.
• Experience across multiple fragrance categories is expected.
• Exposure to Fabric Care or Home Care is an advantage, but not essential.

Job Details

A leading international fragrance house is seeking aCreative Fragrance Managerto join its Singapore-based team on a permanent basis. This role sits at the intersection ofcreative fragrance direction, perfumery collaboration, and strategic project leadership.

The role

As Creative Fragrance Manager, you will act as acreative sparring partnerto Perfumers, helping shape fragrance concepts from brief to delivery. You will bring together olfactive judgement, market awareness, and strategic thinking to ensure fragrances are not only technically sound, but creatively compelling and aligned with client intent.

You will influence fragrance direction, challenge creative boundaries, and help translate abstract briefs intoclear creative pathways.
