Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional projects from Sales and Scent Design to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Labs, Customer Service, Creative Centres) to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project-related costs and promote cost optimization across teams.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for sample requests (order creation in PUMA/SAP, prioritization, labeling, shipment).
• Maintain records in PUMA and SAP, monitor QC results and close sample orders (PGI).
• Prepare regulatory and product documentation (CoA, MSDS, PDS, IFRA) using SAP and Clover.
• Build understanding of customer accounts and commercial strategies, sharing best practices across regions.
• Provide backup support for FDS and Shipping during absences to ensure continuity.
