Job summary
Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Associate Director to lead fragrance evaluation and creative development across Personal Wash, Personal Care, Hair Care and Fine Fragrance segments. You will drive selection, align with brand direction and regional trends, and collaborate with Perfumers, Marketing, CI and R&D on fragrance projects.
You will develop innovative concepts, identify emerging olfactory trends in SEA, lead strategic customer projects and proactively pitch fragrance
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of fragrance experience.
- Experience in Personal Wash, Personal Care, Hair Care or Fine Fragrance.
- Proven leadership and business development track record.
- Strong knowledge of SEA market trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead fragrance evaluation and creative development across categories.
- Drive fragrance selection aligned with brand and trends.
- Collaborate with Perfumers, Marketing, CI and R&D on projects.
- Develop concepts and identify olfactory trends across SEA.
- Lead customer projects, pitches and fragrance initiatives.
- Build relationships and translate needs into fragrance solutions.
- Identify business opportunities and regional pipeline.
- Lead and develop the fragrance evaluation team.
- Share knowledge and promote collaboration across regional teams.
