Qualifications

• Must have olfactive communication skills to support the creative process (discriminate, describe, odor memory).
• Ability to identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
• Understanding of functional and technical capabilities across consumers and markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fragrance strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business profitability.
• Lead the creative fragrance development process by providing olfactive direction, guiding perfumers, and identifying winning fragrance solutions.
• Leverage fragrance expertise and resources to drive innovation and sensory insights to support fragrance development and opportunities.
• Manage projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
• Apply market, consumer, and brand insights to support fragrance development and identify future opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory and cost compliance by understanding raw material economics and resource optimization.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships through collaboration and effective communication of strategies and solutions.
• Promote innovation and commercialization by leveraging new technologies and scent design strategies.
