Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior/Executive to support the Foreign Vehicle Permits Division at LTA involves handling counter and online applications, monitoring digital service reports, and auditing processes. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.

You may be deployed to various LTA worksites and will engage with external agencies, perform system support tasks, and handle feedback from customers across channels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• Experience in customer service or digital services is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Foreign Vehicle Permits Division.
• Process counter transactions and online applications.
• Track digital services reports and collate counter statistics.
• Audit online applications and handle customer feedback (phone and written).
• Perform operational checks on contractors and liaise with external agencies.
• Conduct system-related support and be deployed to different worksites as needed.
