Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support administration and operations of schemes relating to foreign vehicles entering Singapore; process and assess applications.
• Review supporting documents and prepare recommendations for timely decision-making.
• Engage with applicants, stakeholders, and service partners to address operational matters and ensure service delivery.
• Support governance, compliance, audits, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Review business processes; contribute to user testing of systems and digital services to improve efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge resources, website content, and communication materials; assist in project initiatives.
