The Business Development Manager – Contract Sales role requires proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and persuasive proposals to secure new business with HORECA clients. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operations to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge: A solid understanding of the local F&B industry.
• Sales and business development skills: Strong sales acumen and business development skills; adept at generating leads and closing deals.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Networking abilities: Ability to network and build relationships at industry events.
• Teamwork and collaboration: Work well with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: Generate leads in the local market through outreach.Identify decision-makers in groups, chains, distributors and other customers needing Oishi products.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and address needs.
• Solution proposal and presentation: Prepare and deliver proposals and pitches, tailoring to each client.
• Negotiation and contract management: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, coordinating with internal teams.
• Product and service knowledge: Develop deep understanding of offerings and competitive advantages.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Align with sales, marketing and operations to meet objectives.
