Qualifications

• 10+ years in food manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC, and BRC standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production shifts.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards are followed.
• Monitor production workflows.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Inventory teams.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Lead safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve production issues; implement corrective actions.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures.
