Job summary

ALI'S PRATA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a production team member to operate the production line and ensure consistent product quality. You will follow company recipes, monitor equipment, and respond to alarms to prevent downtime.

You'll load ingredients, start new batches, inspect finished items for size, shape, and luster, and maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstation at every shift end.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms or malfunctions and operate shut-off switch when needed.
• Load ingredients into cooking machine and measure amounts per recipes and standards.
• Read and follow written instructions/recipes to mix ingredients and start new batches.
• Remove finished items from line and advance batches to the next packaging step.
• Check each item for quality by inspecting size, shape, and appearance.
• Sanitize materials and machinery, and clean the workstation per cleanliness standards.

• React to any type of alarms or malfunctions of the equipment and operate the shut-off switch when necessary
• Load raw ingredients into the cooking machine and measure the amount needed by following company recipes and industry standards
• Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products
• Remove the finished product from the production line and push batches to the next step of the process for packaging
• Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by observing the size, shape and luster of each item
• Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards
