Job summary

DOMESTIC MAID SPECIALIST in Singapore is seeking an experienced production operations manager to oversee all cooked-food manufacturing activities, including planning, packaging and distribution. You will implement SOPs, manage procurement and lead large teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of HACCP, cost control, and supply chain management, with a proven track record in plant operations and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality assurance systems.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and large-scale food preparation processes.
• Good understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.

• Oversee the full spectrum of daily operations in cooked-food manufacturing, including food preparation, production scheduling, packaging and distribution.
• Plan and manage production workflow to ensure efficiency, cost control and timely delivery of finished products (e.g. frozen meals, ready-to-eat food products).
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product consistency and quality control.
• Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stable supply chain operations.
• Supervise and lead production teams, including manpower planning, staff training and performance management.
• Oversee inventory management to minimise wastage and optimise stock levels.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations, preferably in cooked or frozen food production.
