Job summary

Elephant Grounds in Singapore is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead FOH/BOH operations, mentor Supervisors and staff, and uphold service standards in a dynamic cafe and restaurant concept.

You will oversee service quality, inventory, scheduling, and reporting, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and mentor staff.
• Comfortable managing busy service periods and shifting demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Supervisors and front/back-of-house staff to maintain service quality.
• Monitor and resolve guest feedback and ensure smooth peak-hour operations.
• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, hygiene and SOP compliance; manage inventory and scheduling.
• Prepare attendance, roster summaries, and inventory reports for management review.
• Identify operational gaps and support improvements to guest satisfaction.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
