Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive enterprise reporting strategy across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC. You will shape the reporting architecture, governance, and delivery standards to ensure a single source of truth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and oversee the development of reusable semantic models, dashboards, and performance improvements, ensuring high-quality analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Lead the delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models, and trusted business data products to support a single source of truth.
• Leverage SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC to deliver scalable and high-quality reporting solutions.
• Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Define the enterprise reporting architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support to ensure sustainable reporting solutions.
