Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a senior enterprise reporting leader to define and govern the analytics architecture used across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC. This role will drive KPI standardization, data governance, and the delivery of executive dashboards aligned with corporate standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable reporting solutions and robust adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise reporting architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance with business stakeholders.
• Lead the delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models, and trusted data products to support a single source of truth.
• Leverage SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support to ensure sustainable reporting solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives.
