Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Reporting Lead to drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Asia and Europe. You will shape enterprise reporting standards, partner with business and tech stakeholders, and deliver dashboards and reusable data models for reliable insights.

The role requires strong SAP S/4HANA experience, leadership in large-scale programs, and excellent stakeholder/vendor management skills to ensure milestones and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience with reporting lead background.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP programmes in an MNC or regional environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAC is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Job description

Jobs Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and analytics workstream for a large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, supporting successful deployment across Asia and Europe.
• Shape enterprise reporting solutions and standards across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define common KPIs, rationalise reporting requirements and establish consistent reporting practices across functions and markets.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, analytical solutions and reusable data models that provide reliable business insights and a consistent source of information.
• Manage end to end reporting delivery including testing, deployment, performance optimisation, user adoption and post implementation support.
• Lead cross functional delivery and manage external implementation partners and vendors to ensure reporting milestones, quality standards and transformation objectives are achieved.

Job Requirements

• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience with prior Reporting Lead experience in transformation or implementation projects.
• Experience managing large scale SAP programmes within an MNC or complex regional environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and/or SAC would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills; experience working with external implementation or consulting partners is preferred.
