Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior SAP Reporting Lead to define enterprise reporting strategy across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC. You will drive KPI governance, standardize reporting and deliver dashboards aligned with enterprise standards, acting as a bridge between business and IT.

The role requires experience in SAP S/4HANA and large-scale SAP transformations, with strong stakeholder management and ability to lead delivery across markets or countries.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and reporting leadership is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAC preferred.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reporting strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP ecosystems.
• Establish KPI governance and reporting frameworks with business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of operational reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Design CDS Views and BW models to support a single source of truth.
• Leverage SAP tools to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, and training.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders for delivery.
