RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Reporting Lead to drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Asia and Europe. You will shape enterprise reporting standards, partner with business and tech stakeholders, and deliver dashboards and reusable data models for reliable insights.

The role requires strong SAP S/4HANA experience, leadership in large-scale programs, and excellent stakeholder/vendor management skills to ensure milestones and quality.

Qualifications

Strong SAP S/4HANA experience with reporting lead background.
Experience leading large-scale SAP programmes in an MNC or regional environment.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAC is advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the reporting and analytics workstream for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Shape enterprise reporting solutions and standards across SAP tools (Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAC).
Define common KPIs and reporting requirements across functions and markets.
Oversee dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions for reliable insights.
Manage end-to-end reporting delivery, testing, deployment and user adoption.
Coordinate with external partners to meet milestones and quality standards.
