Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Reporting Lead to shape the organization’s reporting strategy. You will align SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC into a cohesive analytics platform and partner with business stakeholders to codify standards, KPIs, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reporting architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance with business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models, and trusted data products for a single source of truth.
• Leverage SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC for scalable reporting solutions.
• Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT for successful delivery.
