Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior SAP Reporting Lead to define enterprise reporting strategy across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC. You will drive KPI governance, standardize reporting and deliver dashboards aligned with enterprise standards, acting as a bridge between business and IT.

The role requires experience in SAP S/4HANA and large-scale SAP transformations, with strong stakeholder management and ability to lead delivery across markets or countries.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and reporting leadership is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAC preferred.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Reporting Strategy: Define the enterprise reporting architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Reporting Standardization & KPI Governance: Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Reporting & Dashboard Delivery: Lead the delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Data Modelling & Semantic Layer: Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models, and trusted business data products to support a single source of truth.
• SAP Reporting & Analytics: Leverage SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC to deliver scalable and high-quality reporting solutions.
• Quality, Performance & Adoption: Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support to ensure sustainable reporting solutions.
• Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA,with reporting lead experience being essential.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise reporting, KPI governance, and data models.
• Ability to lead reporting delivery across multiple functions, markets, or countries.
• Relevant experience from F&B and FMCG industry will be preferred.
• Able to start work within short notice.
