Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage the full project accounting function and to support administration and HR tasks as a backup.

The role involves GL/AR/AP, bank reconciliations, monthly reports, GST filings and liaising with corporate secretary and external auditors. It also covers general office administration and backup payroll activities, including CPF contributions, Employment Pass applications and staff records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting & Finance.
• At least 10 years' experience in Project Accounting.
• Experience with Deltek / VantagePoint & Access Easypay payroll software an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Project Accounting, audit and tax.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts - GL / AR / AP.
• Bank Reconciliation, monthly reports, etc.
• Quarterly GST Filing.
• Update project status, progress claim and tax invoice.
• Liaise with corporate secretary on annual filing.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Attend to incoming calls (backup).
• Liaise with vendors on office supplies and equipment maintenance (backup).
• Maintain project agreements and contracts (backup).
• General Office administration (backup).
• Liaise with travel agent on travel booking (backup).
• Payroll & CPF contribution (backup).
• Apply Employment Pass (backup).
• Handle staff timesheet submission (backup).
• Maintain and update staff benefits, profile, annual leave, medical leave, staff insurance (backup).
