Job summary

RMR International Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a capable Accountant to manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, and to prepare monthly reports and cash flow statements.

You will handle GST submissions, tax computations, liaise with auditors and authorities, maintain records, process payroll and CPF, support budgeting, and ensure compliance with Singapore standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting and admin experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in GST submission, corporate tax computation, liaise with auditors and government authorities.
• Maintain proper accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Process payroll, CPF contributions, staff claims, and administrative payments.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control activities.
• General administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and company internal controls.
• Provide support for ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
