Job summary

RSM Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full sets of accounts for multiple entities and to produce timely management reports.

You will perform month-end close, support audits, handle GST compliance, and contribute to cash management while collaborating with auditors and finance teams. This role requires 3–5 years of experience and a degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with full set of accounts and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 BC).
• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts and general ledger for subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Support management in ad hoc tasks.
• Review payments and receipts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and perform basic bank reconciliations.
• Assist in GST returns, tax schedules, and regulatory reporting.
