Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee full cycle accounting in Singapore, including AP/AR/GL and bank reconciliations. You will prepare GST returns and monthly financial statements in line with SFRS, while coordinating with auditors and tax agents for audits and compliance with local and China laws.

The role requires 2–3 years in Accounts & Finance, a Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field, and a preference for CPA/ACCA/CA

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance role.
• CPA/ACCA/CA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns under the Singapore GST Act.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports per SFRS.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and related matters under Singapore Companies Act and China Company Law.
• Assist with year-end audit, including schedules and supporting docs per SSA.
• Maintain accurate accounting records aligned with ACRA requirements.
• Oversee cross-border compliance incl. FX reporting under SAFE (China) and TP docs in SG.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable(AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with the Singapore Goods and Services Tax Act.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and related accounting matters, ensuring compliance with both Singapore Companies Act and China Company Law.
• Assist with the year-end audit process, including preparation of schedules and supporting documents, aligned with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions in line with Singapore ACRA requirements.
• Oversee cross-border compliance obligations, including foreign exchange reporting under SAFE (China) and transfer pricing documentation requirements in Singapore.
• Finance Operations (Singapore Law): Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act, including proper internal controls, cashflow management, payroll compliance, and adherence to statutory deadlines for filings (ECI, GST, Annual Return, Tax Computation).

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2-3years of experience in Accounts & Finance role.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, Singapore finance law, and China finance law, with proven experience in cross-border compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software, especially QuickBooks, and ERP systems.
