Aufgaben

• Handle the company’s daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense claims, bank transactions and general ledger entries.
• Review and process financial documents relating to purchases, sales, payments and receipts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
• Manage bank accounts, perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Handle tax-related matters, including GST submissions, corporate income tax preparation and coordination with relevant tax authorities.
• Assist with annual audits, financial budgeting, cost control and financial performance analysis.
• Maintain and organize financial documents, contracts, invoices, accounting vouchers and other financial records.
• Provide financial reports, accounting data and business analysis to management to support business planning and decision-making.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
