Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to support payroll processing, staff payments, and financial accounting tasks. You will administer the Integrated Fund (IF), collaborate with stakeholders on donations, maintain the donor database, and prepare monthly statements.

The role includes budgeting duties and contributing to financial reports for new projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy/Business with at least 5 years of finance

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business with at least 5 years’ experience in finance and payroll knowledge.
• Experience with SAP FICO, SuccessFactors and HANA Rise is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; meticulous team player with good communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and staff payment related billings.
• Perform financial accounting duties and administer the Integrated Fund (IF).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure donations are received in proper order.
• Maintain the IF donor database and prepare monthly IF financial statements.
• Participate in annual budget preparation and assist in financial reports and new projects.
