Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled finance professional to support payroll processing, financial accounting, and the administration of the Integrated Fund (IF). You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure donations are recorded properly, maintain the IF donor database, and prepare monthly IF financial statements.

You will also be involved in the annual budget, preparation of financial reports, and participation in new projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business
• Experience in finance and payroll knowledge is required (at least 5 years)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing and staff payment related billings.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business with at least 5 years' experience in finance and some payroll knowledge
• Experience in SAP FICO, SuccessFactor and HANA Rise system would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A meticulous team player with good communication and numerical skills
