Job summary

YouTrip in Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to own settlement, reconciliation, cash-flow forecasting and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale finance operations and safeguard funds.

You will build and lead a team of 5+ finance professionals, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multi-currency platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across finance operations, settlement, treasury or financial control.
• Proven people manager with experience leading teams of 5 or more.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliation and multi-currency operations.
• Experience with settlement, prefunding, liquidity and regulatory reporting (e.g., MAS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee settlement with networks and partners, ensuring timely and accurate transfers.
• Own daily reconciliation across all products and flows against statements and partner data.
• Forecast settlement cash flows to ensure sufficient prefunding and liquidity.
• Drive process improvements and automation, including AI tools adoption.
• Provide regulatory and partner reporting and month-/year-end close support.
• Lead business partnering with Product, Data and Engineering on impact assessment and requirements.
