Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance operations professional to manage trade-related payments and client account reconciliations. You will ensure timely processing, accurate recording, and prompt investigation of discrepancies.

The role requires experience in banking/finance operations, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating with settlement, dealing and other teams for issue resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in stockbroking, securities, banking, investment or financial operations.
Familiarity with trade-related payments, cash reconciliation or client account reconciliation.
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time-sensitive operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately within established timelines.
Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, bank balances and transaction records.
Investigate and resolve payment, receipt and account discrepancies promptly.
Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with relevant internal or external parties.
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by the required documentation.
Work closely with settlement, finance, dealing and other operations teams to resolve operational issues.
Support system testing, implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and operational controls.
