Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is seeking a senior finance leader to own the Singapore finance function, MAS regulatory reporting, capital management, and client money governance. You will lead a small team, partner with Group Finance, and act as the finance contact for regulators and auditors.

You will drive close processes, financial controls, and advisory support for new products, pricing and vendor contracts, ensuring Singapore compliance and timely reporting in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.
• Chartered Accountant of Singapore (ISCA) or equivalent; ACCA/CPA acceptable.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years leading a finance/regulatory reporting team.
• Experience with MAS CMS licensees and SFRS(I)/IFRS is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore month‑end and year‑end close, including reconciliations and P&L/balance sheet review.
• Prepare MAS regulatory reporting and support group consolidation and Group packs.
• Lead treasury/ liquidity management, intercompany funding and FX exposure oversight.
• Oversee tax filings with IRAS and transfer pricing documentation.
• Manage external audits and MAS required audit procedures end to end.
• Lead annual budget, rolling forecasts and monthly management reporting for local business.
