Responsibilities

Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately within established timelines.
Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, bank balances and transaction records.
Investigate and resolve payment, receipt and account discrepancies promptly.
Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with internal or external parties.
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by required documentation.
Collaborate with settlement, finance, dealing and other operations teams to resolve issues.
Support system testing, implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and controls.
