Job summary

Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead finance activities across a diverse portfolio of assets.

You will report to the CFO and drive monthly management reporting, consolidation, budgeting and compliance across Singapore and overseas subsidiaries. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance with professional qualification (CA/ACCA) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and a high‑pressure

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with professional qualification (CA/ACCA) preferred.
• At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit or finance.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly Management Accounts from Singapore and overseas subsidiaries.
• Coordinate financial reporting for consolidation across subsidiaries.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results and budget.
• Review tax returns prepared by tax agents for regulatory filing.
• Prepare statutory financial statements.
• Review annual budgets and periodic forecasts from subsidiaries.
• Liaise with service providers and Trustees on daily matters.
• Assist in quarterly Board and Audit Committee papers.
• Coordinate debt compliance reporting to banks.
• Ensure compliance with codes, guidelines and authority.
• Assist in annual budgets and Annual Report preparation.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Provide ad-hoc support for acquisitions, financing and projects.
• Support Yardi system implementation during acquisitions.
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.

Job description

We are looking to hire a dynamic, high-caliber and self-motivated individual to be part of the finance team for a Senior Finance Manager with portfolio of diverse commercial assets.

Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Review monthly Management Accounts submitted by Singapore and overseas subsidiaries
• Co-ordinate financial reporting from Singapore and overseas subsidiaries for consolidation purposes
• Perform analytical review on variances in performance between actual and budget
• Review tax returns prepared by tax agents for regulatory filingPrepare statutory financial statements
• Review annual budgets and periodic forecast submitted by subsidiaries
• Liaise with the service providers and Trustee over daily operational matters
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board and Audit Committee Papers
• Co-ordinate debt compliance reporting and ensure timely submission to banks
• Ensure timely reporting for and monitor compliance to various code, guidelines and authority
• Assist Senior Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and Annual Report
• Liaise with internal and external auditor, and tax agents
• Provide ad-hoc support for acquisitions, financing activities and other projects
• Support implementation of Yardi system when relevant (for example during acquisition)
• Monitor cash balance and management cash balance, including providing cash forecast

Key requirements:

You possess a Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, Chartered Accountant or ACCA, with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience in accounting/audit/finance and preferably with Singapore-listed companies and/or REITs experience. You have sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, can work under pressure in a dynamic, high intensity and unstructured environment.
