KK8 Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function across multiple entities in Singapore. You will oversee accounting, treasury and financial reporting, ensuring timely month-end closings and accurate group consolidation.

The role requires strong IFRS/SFRS knowledge, hands-on consolidation experience, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. You will liaise with banks, auditors and internal stakeholders to strengthen controls and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• More than 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience including consolidation.
• Strong financial reporting and month-end closing experience.
• Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST, corporate taxation and statutory compliance.

Senior Finance Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations for multiple entities.

• Review monthly management accounts and monitor the month-end and year-end closing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Supervise bookkeeping activities, account reconciliations and the maintenance of accounting records.

• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships and payment controls.

• Review bank reconciliations and monitor liquidity positions across the entities.

• Supervise payroll processing, commission calculations and related employee compensation matters.

• Review and approve intercompany billings, transactions and settlement arrangements.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, including GST filings and related submissions.

• Oversee the maintenance of fixed asset registers and monitor capital expenditure tracking.

• Review financial reports, management reports and supporting schedules for management decision-making.

• Prepare and review consolidation schedules and reporting packages for the Singapore operations to support group financial reporting.

• Monitor franchise administration matters, including the preparation and renewal of franchise-related agreements and TA arrangements.

• Review employment contracts, provide support on finance-related HR and payroll matters.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, legal advisers, franchisees and internal stakeholders to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and process improvements across the finance function.

• Acting as key liaison with operations personnel for day-to-day matters.

• Any other assignments by higher management as appropriate.

Work Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent.

• More than 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including experience as a Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager or equivalent level.

• Strong financial reporting and month-end closing experience.

• Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) / IFRS, GST, corporate taxation and statutory compliance requirements.

• Hands-on consolidation experience, preferably involving multiple legal entities and currencies.

• Experience reviewing balance sheets, intercompany balances and consolidation adjustments.

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large financial datasets.

• Experience in a regional or multi-country finance environment (preferred).

• Experience in Xero Accounting Software is a plus.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
