Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an Assistant Finance Manager to join the Singapore finance team.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across the business to support the full spectrum of finance activities including reporting, accounting, treasury and tax matters in multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will bring strong consolidation and regulatory reporting experience, with a degree in accounting/finance and professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA.

Responsabilités

• Manage bookkeeping, month-end close and consolidation activities.
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting under regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reporting packs for lenders and stakeholders.
• Assist with treasury, tax computations and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and service providers.
• Support quarterly management/board reporting and regulatory filings.
• Contribute to process improvements and finance-related projects.

Our client, a well-established real estate group, is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join its Singapore finance team.

The role will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and support the full spectrum of finance activities, including financial reporting, accounting, treasury and tax matters. The successful candidate will also work with various internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, month-end closing and consolidation activities.
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial information and reporting packs for lenders and other stakeholders.
• Assist with treasury matters, including loan administration, cash-flow monitoring and hedging activities.
• Support tax computations and statutory filings, including corporate tax, GST and withholding tax.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors and other professional service providers.
• Prepare and support quarterly management/board reporting.
• Liaise with trustees, legal advisors, corporate secretarial teams and other relevant stakeholders on corporate resolutions and filings.
• Support regulatory, statutory and ad-hoc financial reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and other finance-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in REITs, real estate, investment management or property-related businesses would be advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably with consolidation exposure.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different functions and jurisdictions.
