Job summary

A leading finance company in Singapore is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee Group Management reports, budgets, and compliance with SGX regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, and strong technical accounting skills. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders. Candidates with a CA qualification are preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted only.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management / Board.

• Prepare Group consolidation, year-end annual report and sustainability report.

• Oversee annual budgetary exercise.

• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

• Preparation of Board papers, SGX announcements, shareholders’ circular and coordination of AGM/EGM.

• Oversee treasury functions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and internal auditors.

• Handle any other ad hoc duties as directed by management.

• Familiar with SGX listing rules and corporate governance compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and candidates with CA is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the role of a Finance Manager with a Mainboard Listed Company.

• Familiar with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.

• Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.

• Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects.

• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred.
