Job summary

CGP Personnel supports Nanyang Technological University at Pioneer in Singapore with finance and procurement operations. The role involves reviewing non-PO invoices, ensuring correct cost centres and GL accounts, and coordinating with NSS Finance on processing and payments.

You will handle staff and student claims, fixed-asset records, grant monitoring, and intracompany billing, providing guidance on procurement processes and Ariba matters. On-site work hours apply, with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify non-PO invoices with supporting documentation.
• Ensure correct cost centre, project/WBS and GL accounts.
• Coordinate with NSS Finance on invoice processing and payments.
• Follow up on payment failures and vendor payment queries.
• Maintain schedules for GL accounts and AR ageing.
• Coordinate fixed-asset activities and asset verification.
• Prepare monthly grant monitoring and financial reporting.
• Assist with staff and student claims and reimbursements.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes and Ariba matters.
