Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or public administration or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in research administration or grant management within a university setting.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s research ecosystem and NTU systems for grant administration.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the centre’s management support team and align with NTU grant processes.
• Develop governance and operating procedures for HR-related services and staff development.
• Drive grant management across pre-award and post-award stages for a multi-team programme.
• Oversee finance-related services including budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Foster international engagement and partnerships, and plan outreach activities and workshops.
• Arrange travel and logistical support for the research team and overseas visitors.
