Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities in Singapore. You will handle AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end close, while ensuring statutory compliance and accurate management reporting.

The role involves supporting intercompany transactions, assisting with year-end processes, and contributing to system improvements, including the migration from Xero to NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP, AR, GL, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Xero and/or NetSuite is preferred.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities.
• Handle AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure statutory compliance.
• Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support accounting system migration from Xero to NetSuite and process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with finance projects and other ad hoc accounting duties.
