Job summary

The role covers month-end close, AP/GL duties, intercompany invoicing, GST filings, and assisting auditors. Candidates should have at least 2 years in accounting, be detail‑oriented, and proficient with Synergix ERP and MS 365. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in F&B.
• Proactive, team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in processes and data.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end and year-end accounts closing for multiple companies.
• Maintain journal entries, allocations and reclassifications.
• Manage accounts payable operations and payments.
• Review GRNs for HR POs and process service payables.
• Prepare intercompany invoices for shared services.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and intercompany balances.
• Prepare SMAP in Excel and provide analysis.
• File Singapore GST reports on time.
• Support external auditors and provide tax information for computations.
• Lead and supervise finance staff as needed.
• Assist with systems implementation and ad-hoc projects.
